1. Intellectual Property & Custom Artwork Disclaimer

Kynnex provides design services for patterns and styles, as well as printing and embroidery services for custom jerseys.
Customers assume full responsibility for all graphics, logos, text, names, numbers, and images they upload or submit.
Customers warrant that they possess the necessary copyrights, trademark rights, or legal authorizations for any design materials submitted for production.
You grant Kynnex a limited license to reproduce your designs solely for the purpose of manufacturing the custom products you have ordered.
Kynnex reserves the absolute right to reject or cancel any order—and to issue a refund—if it contains content that is infringing, offensive, hateful, or unlawful.
Kynnex shall not be held liable for any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from designs submitted by customers.

2. Custom Product & Return / Refund Policy

All jerseys are made-to-order custom personalized items.
Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, wrong size selection, or minor color differences between screen preview and physical goods.
Website mockups are for reference only. Colors may slightly differ due to screen display, fabric material and printing techniques.
We only accept remake or refund requests for proven manufacturing defects.
If you receive defective products, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery and supply clear photos for inspection. We will remake the defective goods or issue a refund after verification.

3. Size & Order Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to check our size chart carefully before checkout. Kynnex is not responsible for ill-fitting items caused by incorrect size selection.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kynnex is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential losses caused by delivery delays or minor variations within standard industry tolerances.
Our total maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, shipping address, email and order information to process, fulfill and communicate regarding your custom jersey orders.
Payment information is securely processed by our authorized payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our website server.
We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
You may contact us to request access or deletion of your personal data.
